I'm extremely frustrated because my paint brush will not work I can't paint over anything or fill anything in.

I got more done than this but messed up and needed to start over.

I got the backround into the picture like I've been trying, and I also have added a new sky and edited the horizon with more grass to help it blend a little better. I also edited the window on the far back porch.

On photo shop I don't know how I'm suppose to make a new layer so that I can add the backround or anything else in.
